Gallops report from Richard Hannon's Wiltshire base

Richard Hannon has a number of well regarded juveniles on the slipway including MAGHAWEER who is out of the Group One winner Indian Ink.

The latter was trained by Hannon's father Richard senior and the word from Herridge is that Maghaweer has given all the right signals at home.

He looked raring to go when breezing up the main all-weather strip this morning, blowing out ahead of the six-furlong maiden at Ascot on Friday.

LADY GODIVA is a daughter of Camelot who tackles the opening seven furlongs fillies' novice stakes at the same course.

She's given every indication in her preparatory work that she could be smart, although traditionally this race attracts similarly well thought of types.

NATURAL found the Albany Stakes coming too soon at Royal Ascot last month, but shaped better when runner-up in the Rose Bowl at Newbury last weekend.

She put in some eyecatching midweek work, but Hannon has decided to sidestep Saturday's Princess Margaret Juddmonte Stakes.

Natural holds an entry in the Sky Bet Lowther Stakes at York next month.

MUSTARRID heads for the one-mile handicap on the King George card and looked in good order limbering up for that.
