Without Parole is reported to be thriving ahead of the Qatar Sussex Stakes at Glorious Goodwood.
John Gosden's charge is unbeaten in four races to date and landed his first Group One prize in the St James's Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot last time.
The trainer's son and assistant, Thady, said: "He has definitely come on a lot. That was only the fourth race of his life. It didn't really go to plan at Ascot, as they went really fast in front and he (Frankie Dettori) had to send him on a long way from home.
"Physically he done so well. He is still carrying a bit of condition. You have to be happy with him going into it."
Without Parole is currently Sky Bet's 6/4 favourite for the Goodwood feature.
