Market Movers
Best-backed selection: Billie Beane (16.45 Kempton) - 11/1 from 40/1
A low-grade, big-field handicap on the all-weather and some improvement is seemingly expected from Billie Beane, who has come down 5lb in the weights since her handicap debut when third (of seven) at Epsom in August. The Sir Percy filly is unexposed on artificial surfaces and drops back to seven furlongs after being unplaced over a mile at Kempton when last seen in October.

Price Boosts - Hit or Miss?
13.50 Newcastle - Jammin Masters
HIT - Looks a two-horse race on paper and Jammin Masters, while far from exposed as a chaser, has plenty of experience from his point-to-point and hunter chase days so can put that to good use.
13.00 Fairyhouse - Grotesque
MISS - Clearly right there on form shown so far over fences but others of interest in opposition, including the sizeable At Your Ease who is also potentially exciting.
13.40 Lingfield - Air De Rock (Feature Boost)
HIT - Not had much luck over fences so far and surely only a matter of time before that first win. Stable continues in top form and gets a lot of weight from chief market rival.
19.15 Kempton - Tamerlane
HIT - Big, late-maturing son of Dark Angel who has really come to life with blinkers fitted the last twice. Looks well suited by the step up to a mile here and highly unlikely the handicapper has his measure yet, despite 5lb rise for latest success.
Trader Tip
18.45 Kempton – Compas Scoobie
A course and distance winner on his only appearance at Kempton who was in good form before his 89-day break. He’s on his highest handicap mark since last July but, with Richard Kingscote booked - who has a 20% strike-rate for Stuart Williams on the all-weather - he can continue his good form.
