Quick Breath is all the rage to return to form as he switches back to an artificial surface in the 1910 at Kempton. Jonathan Portman's charge won on his first start on the all-weather at Chelmsford in July and while his recent turf form is far from encouraging, he's being very well backed to leave it behind this evening. He's 13/2 from 20s and still strong.

Harlequin Striker (1600) and Starchaser (1630) are very popular at Nottingham, King's Field is strong at the head of the market for the 1705 at Cork and Beau Du Brizais is the one for money in the 1510 at Ludlow.

Price Boosts - Hit or Miss?

17.40 Kempton - Buffalo River: - HIT: Seemed to run into an above-average newcomer here last time and this looks a good chance to open his account at the fourth attempt.

16.10 Ludlow- Sumkindofking: - MISS: Good form at Market Rasen the last twice but faces three rivals who all have sound claims in what may be a tactical affair.

15.30 Nottingham - Prefontaine: - MISS: Obviously of interest on handicap debut but looks short enough against similarly unexposed rivals.

15.20 Southwell - Dissavril: - HIT: Made big impression on first start for this yard and easy to forgive defeat at Aintree next time. This looks a perfect opportunity to open her hurdling career with a win.

17.05 Cork - Silverkode: - MISS: Takes a drop in class here but is still vulnerable under a big weight.

Traders Tip:

15.20 Southwell- Kimberley Point @ 4/1
