Sky Bet Market Movers, Price Boosts and Trader's Tip

Sir Derrick has been heavily backed at Ripon this afternoon and we round up all the latest from Sky Bet's trading room, including the day's Price Boosts.

Market Movers

Best-backed selection: 14.25 Limerick - Biddy The Boss 3/1 from 9/1

Tim Easterby's Sir Derrick has come in for strong support in the sprint handicap at Ripon today, the three-year-old clearly expected to enjoy his first outing on fast ground this season. He's been eased 2lb in the weights following a spin over seven furlongs on an easier surface at Catterick.

Rapid Fritz has almost halved in price from 10/1 to 11/2 at Market Rasen, while Bodega is very popular at Straford and British raider Chessman is strong in the market at Naas.

The best-backed horse on the day, though, is Biddy The Boss, Gavin Cromwell's mare who returns from a break and encounters decent ground for the first time since her victory in a bumper at Fairyhouse in October.

Trader Tip

14.45 Market Rasen – Mr Kite

Previous course and distance winner back in 2015 but hasn't been seen much over the last couple of years. Placed third of 10 in his last appearance in a Class 3 Hurdle here over the same course and distance as today. He drops back down in grade today and running on favourable ground so stands a strong chance against this field.
