Natalie's Joy is 5/4 from 15/8 for the opening Chesham Stakes and very strong while in the closing Queen Alexandra Thomas Hobson is 11/8 from 7/4. There is opposition to Crystal Ocean in the Hardwicke though with Idaho 9/2 from 11/2 to overturn the odds-on market leader.
However the honour for best backed horse of the day goes to Bee A Beneficiary who is 11/2 from 18s for the opener at Gowran Park.
