Our resident tipster Man On The Spot previews the races that comprise Saturday's free-to-play Pick 7 game, with £100,000 up for grabs.

Regal Flow made amends for an unlucky run at Wincanton when holding off After Hours next time at Warwick, though was behind Willoughby Hedge at Sandown earlier. Behind The Wire has won two of his four starts over fences but couldn’t fend off FORT WORTH at Doncaster in January and is 4lb worse off with Jonjo O’Neill’s novice, who has gone close again at Taunton since off today’s mark. Rathlin Rose has been doing his winning in amateur races while Fingerontheswitch was beaten in an ordinary contest at Fakenham last time but Shanroe Santos appears on an upward curve and Bob Tucker was only beaten a head at Ascot earlier this month, though has gone back up in the weights again since. Moss On The Mill arrives off the back of a win at Wincanton but is hard to catch right and probably his stable’s second string.

3.00 Musselburgh

A fine prize has attracted a strong entry with Richard Fahey saddling four and Mark Johnston just one less. Paul Hanagan takes the ride on the former's Rashford's Double who is on a four-timer though stepping up in class from a higher mark. The Malton-based handler may have a better chance with SOCIETY RED, who was having just his fourth start when just failing to hold off Mutawetheb in a nursery at Doncaster in October. Johnston's best hope may lie with top weight Mailshot, who has been in fine form on the all-weather during the winter and scooted away with a strong handicap at Chelmsford last month. Mazyoun was narrowly beaten in three very competitive races including the Two-Year-Old Trophy at Redcar so it was no surprise when he started long odds-on at Newcastle. However, he only just got home and could have lost the race for causing interference though the runner-up franked the form with a victory next time. Novoman looked ready for this sort of trip when staying on strongly over 7f at Doncaster on his final start.

3.15 Haydock

Valhalla made most dropping back in distance at Taunton but may struggle to repeat the trick here as Our Thomas, who will enjoy the going, is likely to give him a battle for the lead. Kenneth Slack has done well with Tonto's Spirit and Caius Marcius produced a fine turn off foot to pick off Our Thomas last time at Wetherby with William Of Orange back in fourth and is only a pound worse off with the runner-up. Stamp Your Feet has been pretty consistent and is lurking near the foot of the weights along with the in-form Limited Reserve. Several of the others arrive in good form, including Unison and St Saviour, but MIDNIGHT MAESTRO looks the one to be on. He’s had just the four runs over hurdles with his only failure coming behind last week’s Aintree Grade 1 winner Pingshou at Cheltenham in December. He was always travelling like a winner when striding clear of Brotherly Company at Stratford last month and it’s difficult seeing that one reversing the form, despite being 5lb better off.

3.35 Musselburgh -  Sunbets All-Weather Mile Championships Conditions Stakes

Mark Johnston looks to have a very strong hand in this lucrative handicap. SOLDIER IN ACTION gets the nod as he easily landed a 1m4f Goodwood handicap before transferring to Nicky Henderson for a hurdling campaign and he won at Doncaster in February before a moderate effort at Cheltenham. Isharah also represents the yard and he's a thorough stayer who has been in excellent form on the all-weather though has been beaten off lower marks than this since completing a hat-trick. Angel Gabrial hasn't won since beating today's rival Suegioo over three lengths in the 2014 Northumberland Plate. However, he's run some big races in strong company and has now dropped to that winning mark. Shrewd is the only one of these to have won over the trip which he did with ease at York in June though he's now 12lb higher and this is a tougher race. Montaly didn't win last season but produced a cracking effort when just failing to catch Intense Tango over this trip at Haydock with several of these behind so he looks a major threat to all.

3.50 Haydock

Poppy Kay has only won in small fields at Uttoxeter so far and on much easier surfaces. Awesome Rosie is struggling to get her head back in front while Late Night Lily looks to have plenty of weight but Secret Door, third in this last year, is interesting as she can probably improve on her defeat of Midtech Valentine at Ludlow in what was her first start since. Culture De Sivola is starting to slip down the weights but we’re prepared to give another chance to TOBERDOWNEY given she’s not been disgraced since beating a useful mare at Wincanton on Boxing Day and still has time on her side.

4.05 Musselburgh

Rockin Fella makes a quick reappearance after an encouraging debut behind Inviolable Spirit at Redcar on Monday. REQUINTO DAWN went to Doncaster for his debut and made a very good impression when landing a division of the Brocklesby with something in hand. It will take a good effort to prevent him completing a double despite a small penalty. Washeek is a half-brother to seven winners, many of them useful, and he could prove a threat if fully wound up while Albarino could hardly have more pace on his pedigree and is a half-brother to three winning juveniles.

4.20 Haydock

Sam Red warrants respect having only been headed close home at Bangor three weeks ago but the ground may have turned against Eminent Poet. Cooking Fat has been quite lightly raced and has probably been aimed at this and Fortunate George earned reward for string of consistent efforts when holding off Solstice Star at Uttoxeter last month. Some Are Lucky has been chasing but returns to hurdling on a fair mark while Behind Time was well backed when landing a competitive handicap at Cheltenham in the autumn. Nigel Twiston-Davies had a couple of winners on this competitive card 12 months ago and WICKED WILLY, hampered when behind Sam Red last time, has solid each-way credentials in this. He’s 5lb better off with the top weight and is unlikely to be stopping in the closing stages.
