Connections of Coventry Stakes winner Rajasinghe will let the dust settle before firming up plans for their colt.

Fledgling trainer Richard Spencer was propelled into the big time when the son of Choisir claimed some notable scalps on the opening day of Royal Ascot, and with a Group Two already in the bag, Group Ones around Europe will now be considered.

"We had loosely mentioned the July Stakes, but I don't think he'll go for that," said Phil Cunningham, who runs Rebel Racing, owners of the juvenile. "I think we'll just take a breather. There are obvious races at Goodwood and York but they are Group Twos.

"The Group Ones are in France and Ireland so we might have to travel.

"He must be a super horse to do what he did. I've watched it back, he flunked the start, was on the wrong side of the track and basically did it all on his own.

"He'll get seven furlongs now and it's very exciting."
