20.35 – Grand Partner 7/1 from 16/1
Grand Partner could never get involved when held up at Galway last week but returns to much calmer waters in the 20.35 at Leopardstown and punters clearly expect him to return to his best.
Tony Mullins' charge was a good fourth in a warm race at the Curragh previously and the dual course winner has been backed into 7/1 from 16/1 to resume winning ways this evening.
Elsewhere, Oakley Mimosa is 15/8 from 11/4 in the 15.20 at Yarmouth having stepped up on her previous form when second at Lingfield recently while over at Brighton, Topmeup is 13/8 from 5/2 in the 14.30 and Winged Spur 4/1 from 8/1 in the 16.00.
Ideal Angel is the one for money in the 17.15 at Newcastle - 4/1 from 6/1 - while there has been a notable move for One Cool Poet in the 18.10 at Sligo and he is now 7/1 from 12/1.

Mark Johnston’s filly has enjoyed a decent season so far with three wins over 1m to a 1m2f but she was out of her depth at Goodwood last time out where the 1m3f trip saw her weaken late on. Back down to a more suitable trip today and with quick ground in her favour, she ought to go well in this company.
