NAP – TITI MAKFI (3.50 Yarmouth)

Back this selection at 11/4 with Sky Bet

This horse has been progressing at a rate of knots through the handicap this summer and deserves her chance at Listed level. She’s notched five wins from eight starts since June and her most recent second at York was a fine effort. Goes on any surface but I feel this softer ground will be better and this looks her right distance. (Best price 3/1)

NEXT BEST – MEDALLA DE ORO (3.25 Beverley)

Back this selection at 5/2 with Sky Bet

Was denied a hat-trick the last day at Leicester, a close second to another hat-trick seeker when trying to concede 5lbs to that rival. Prefers the easier ground, gets to run off same mark as that recent second and trainer rarely sends his horses here – but when he does they go well (43% strike-rate). (Best price 11/4)

TREBLE – AL NAFOORAH (3.40 Sandown)

Back this selection at 8/1 with Sky Bet

A recent winner over C&D and that win adds to two others in last five starts. Has been raised 3lbs for most recent putting him on a career high mark, but ticks a lot of boxes regarding class/ground/trip/course so you’ve got to think he can still have a big say in this. (Best price 10/1)
