Racing at Carlisle today goes ahead as planned with ground conditions at the Cumbrian circuit are described as soft, heavy in places.
Track officials on Saturday called a precautionary inspection in light of the forecast, but were able to give the all-clear earlier than planned.
The forecast is for a milder day than yesterday, with early rain clearing. The first event on a seven-race card is due to get under way at 12.20.
