Her demolition of the field at Haydock was very impressive and despite being keen in the early stages she settled and won with great authority.

14:05 Haydock - JW Lees MPA Handicap (Div 2) (Class 5)

There are fewer better pilots around Haydock Park than Richard Kingscote and he renews his partnership with CRIMSON SKIES here. He was just held last time after an enterprising run from the front. He rallied gamely and was just held but perhaps got a little lonely out ahead and was pushing on when the field came to him.

14:25 Newmarket - Princess Royal Nayef Stakes (Group 3) (Fillies And Mares) (Class 1)

A drop in grade after excellent showings in Group 2 contests should see STAR ROCK take a big stride towards her entry on Champions Day at Ascot in the Fillies and Mares Stakes. Connection confidence should be upheld here where the patience of Sir Michael Stoute with Sun Maiden could be the only opposition worthy of real note.

14:40 Haydock - McCaffrey Mortgages 'The Insurance Specialists' British EBF Maiden Fillies' Stakes (Plus 10) (Class 5)

Given the class of contest LADY ARIA was involved in recently this should be an ideal opportunity to get off the mark. She was only beaten 1/2 a length last time out by a smart filly with Group 2 aspirations so this smacks of a penalty kick and with no future plans a surprise, it looks like connections want to get the winning habit rolling first.

15:00 Newmarket - Shadwell Rockfel Stakes (Fillies' Group 2) (Class 1)

The 14:40 at Haydock may prove an indicator of how well Yourtimeisnow will run here. Yet it is the form of MAIN EDITION that takes the eye almost immediately after a game and creditable run in The Moyglare at The Curragh. A repeat of that form should see a hat-trick for Frankie in this race.

15:15 Haydock - McCaffrey Mortgages 'The Mortgage Specialists' British EBF Maiden Stakes (Plus 10) (Class 4)

There was plenty to like about AMPLIFY's run at Newbury on debut. There isn't much of Brian Meehan's two-year-old but she was game and ran on despite the winner weaving across her close to the finish and Joe Fanning didn't give her too much of a hard time. There's surely more to come here.

15:35 Newmarket - Shadwell Joel Stakes (Group 2) (Class 1)

Group 2 winner MUSTASHRY will be a warm order to take another prize for top trainer Sir Michael Stoute. He has a penalty for that Doncaster success but it's an obstacle he can overcome here. He has a future Group 2 entry so clearly connections are sure of his progression after being gelded.
