MIGHT BITE failed to fire in the Betfair Chase last time but having produced a devastating round of jumping in this race twelve months ago, he is fancied to retain his title.
Kempton Park seems to bring out the best in Nicky Henderson’s nine-year-old and he can bounce back from his below-par effort last time and give his trainer a fourth victory in the race.
There are a host of dangers in this stellar field including last season’s Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Native River and Betfair Chase victor Bristol De Mai, however the biggest threat could come from the 2016 winner Thistlecrack, who shaped with plenty of promise on his return to action at Haydock.
Last year’s winner: Might Bite
