A review of Friday's meeting at Sandown as Archetype boosted his excellent record at the Esher venue.
Archetype put up decent performance under top weight to win for the third time from six starts at Sandown.
Oisin Murphy had the Simon Crisford-trained colt just off the pace set by Pillar Of Society in the All New Fiesta At Trust Ford Handicap, before going on a furlong out.
Archetype (13/2) strode away nicely to land the spoils by two and a half lengths from Icespire, with High Acclaim a nose away in third.
Crisford feels there is more to come from the three-year-old, who was unraced at two but who has proved himself pretty versatile with wins over a mile and a mile and a quarter.
"He's turning into a magnificent horse. He's given his owners (Highclere Thoroughbred Racing) a lot of fun and he's progressing," said the Newmarket handler.
"When he ran on the heavy ground at Goodwood (over a mile and a quarter) it didn't suit him. Soft ground today over a mile was fine. He wouldn't want to go on anything softer than that. He loves to flick his toe through quickish ground.
"He's versatile, he's doing extremely well and I'm looking forward to him next year as well for the remainder of this season. There's no reason why he shouldn't run again this year. We'll talk to the owners and make a plan.
"He'll strengthen and improve for next year."
Apprentice Georgia Cox escaped unscathed after being unseated from Madeleine Bond when the field had gone about a furlong.
The stewards found the incident was caused by Madeleine Bond stumbling and deemed it to be accidental.
Trainer Richard Hannon and owners Michael and Jania Geoghegan took both divisions of the British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Stakes.
Rum Runner (11/1) got off the mark at the third attempt when getting the better of Enzemble to land division one by a length and a quarter from under Sean Levey.
Ryan Moore was in the plate as Bathsheba Bay (10/11 favourite) made it fourth time lucky when claiming division two in cosy style by two and a quarter lengths.
Spoof (8/1) shrugged aside a 6lb penalty as he defied top weight in the Watch Racing UK On Sky 432 Nursery Handicap.
The Charlie Hills-trained youngster hit the front a furlong out under 3lb claimer Callum Shepherd and kept on gamely to hold Kodiac Express by a neck.
Gnaad (7/1) also made light of a 6lb penalty, helped by the 5lb claim of apprentice Joshua Bryan, to come out on top in the Visit racinguk.com Handicap by a short head.
Alan Bailey's in-form three-year-old followed up his Ffos Las win seven days earlier by coming with a strong run down the centre of the straight course.
Here's Two (7/2 favourite) led over a furlong out under Kieran O'Neill and saw off Helfire by three-quarters of a length to take the Happy 10th Birthday Amethyst Lettings Fillies' Handicap for trainer Ron Hodges.
Sylvester Kirk's Mister Blue Sky (15/2) won for the third time in 2017 when 3lb claimer Mitch Godwin kicked on two furlongs out and had enough left to hold Know Your Limit by a length and a quarter.
