Bryson DeChambeau claims Shriners Hospitals for Children Open title
A brilliant eagle at the 16th helped Bryson DeChambeau claim his fourth PGA Tour title of the calendar year at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in Las Vegas.

Day four report
A brilliant eagle at the 16th helped Bryson DeChambeau claim his fourth PGA Tour title of the calendar year at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in Las Vegas.
DeChambeau trailed defending champion Patrick Cantlay by a single shot with three holes to play but he holed his 58-foot eagle putt from just off the 16th green to jump to 21 under par.
And with Cantlay unable to save par at the 17th, DeChambeau suddenly found himself in possession of a two-shot lead.
The 25-year-old, who began the day in a share of the lead with Peter Uihlein, then safely parred his remaining two holes to win by a single shot after Cantlay had closed his round with a birdie at the 18th to get to 20 under.
Speaking to the Golf Channel, DeChambeau said: "I was just coming out here to try and kick the rust off, and was able to play some great golf.
"I didn't putt my best but I was still able to get it done so I'm pretty proud of that."
Fellow American Sam Ryder was alone in third place on 19 under.
Uihlein, who led across the first three days in Nevada, had a miserable round of 75 and dropped into tied for 23rd - a double-bogey on the par-3 14th the low point.
DeChambeau also won the Memorial Tournament, the Northern Trust and the Dell Technologies Championship in 2018.
Day two report
American Peter Uihlein extended his lead with a second round of 66 at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in Las Vegas.
Uihlein could not match his opening 63 but was two strokes clear of the field on 13-under after picking up birdies on five of the last seven holes on day two.
Starting on the back nine, compatriot Robert Streb moved up a place to tie for second with South Korean Whee Kim on 11-under after 36 holes.
Harold Varner III, Abraham Ancer and Bryson DeChambeau sit among a chasing pack on 10-under overall, while Jordan Spieth dropped into joint eighth on eight-under, making four birdies and a bogey in his round of 68.
Scotland's Martin Laird returned a second-round 68, rattling off four birdies in a six-hole stretch to get to seven-under, while former US Open champion Graeme McDowell improved on his opening round of 70 to card 67, putting him in joint 31st on five-under overall.
Brian Gay was the biggest mover of the day. The American started the second round three over par, but carded a blemish-free second-round 65 to move above the cut line on three-under before play was suspended due to darkness.
Day one report
American Peter Uihlein fired an opening round of 63 to set the pace in the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open in Las Vegas.
The 29-year-old, after starting on the back nine, carded nine birdies, including four in a row after the turn, to finish seven under par.
Compatriot Seth Reeves ended in second place after a blemish-free 64, with Harold Varner III and Robert Streb two strokes back at 65.
Fellow Americans and Ryder Cup team-mates Jordan Spieth and Bryson DeChambeau were part of a seven-strong group three shots off the lead on five under.
Scotland's Martin Laird returned a four-under 67, a solitary bogey on the par-four fourth hole breaking up a run of five birdies, while former US Open champion Graeme McDowell finished in joint 52nd on one over par.
Twenty players were unable to complete their round as play was suspended due to darkness.
