The Red Bull Ring in Spiel hosts the Austrian Grand Prix

Our F1 Insider is backing Lewis Hamilton to dominate again when the F1 season moves to Austria this weekend.

Lewis Hamilton to win the Austrian Grand Pix at 11/10

Hamilton was untouchable in last Sunday's French Grand Prix, taking out of his new Mercedes engine only what he needed on his way to a comfortable victory. The upgraded power plant that debuted at Paul Ricard looks to have reestablished parity with the Ferrari, while the team's chassis retains its edge in aerodynamic efficiency. Odds-against looks a fair price for the world champion to back up Sunday's stroll in the park with a repeat performance in Austria this weekend.

Max Verstappen to finish on the podium at 6/4

The Renault engine in the back of the Red Bull is neither the most powerful nor reliable in the field but its deficit is almost made up for by the other characteristics of the car, notably its low-speed agility and traction out of slow corners. The Red Bull Ring is a track which should play to the strengths of its home team with several low-gear acceleration zones and long-duration corners. Max Verstappen has finished on the podium in three of his last four races and merits a bet to extend that run at 6/4.
