Zlatan Ibrahimovic announced his arrival in Los Angeles in a typical fashion.
The 36-year-old agreed to a termination of his Manchester United contract on Thursday, in his second season at the club, before joining LA Galaxy on Friday.
The popular Swede, a league winner in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and France, scored 29 goals in 53 appearances for the Red Devils but his second campaign was hampered by a serious knee injury sustained in April 2017.
Ahead of his move, Ibrahimovic has taken out an advert in Friday's edition of the LA Times, which also had an image of him donning his new kit.
The front page shows him in a Galaxy jersey, above the headline 'He's Hard To Ignore', with the full-page advertisement in the newspaper edition reading: 'Dear Los Angeles. You're welcome.'
Ibrahimovic's signature and the Galaxy logo were at the bottom of the ad.
What a way to introduce yourself to Hollywood.
