Gylfi Sigurdsson has rejoined training with the Swansea first-team squad after missing the club's pre-season tour of the United States.
The Everton target withdrew from the Swans' three-match Stateside trip two weeks ago with the club reporting he was not in "the right frame of mind" to travel.
Sky Bet make Sigurdsson odds-on at 1/3 to join Everton before the summer transfer window closes and he's 7/2 to remain at the Liberty Stadium.
The Iceland playmaker has spent the past fortnight training with the Under-23 players and it was unclear whether he would link up with Paul Clement's senior squad on their return to the club's Fairwood training base on Wednesday afternoon.
But Swansea posted a picture of Sigurdsson training with the first-team squad on their official Twitter account on Wednesday evening.
It is thought Everton have made a bid of around £40million for the playmaker, with potential add-ons that could take a final package closer to £45million.
But Swansea value Sigurdsson at £50million and it remains to be seen whether Everton will table a fresh offer.
Speaking ahead of Thursday's Europa League tie against Slovakians MFK Ruzomberok, Everton boss Ronald Koeman said: "Of course we have interest in the player.
"But I don't know (if we will go back for Sigurdsson)."
