Serie A giants AC Milan are favourites to sign Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal in January, according to the betting.
The Welshman, 27, is set to leave north London, with his contract due to expire in the summer, and it has been confirmed that he will not be penning an extension at the Emirates.
The Gunners could look to sell him in January, just over a decade after signing him as a 17-year-old £5million prodigy from Cardiff.
Roma were linked with the midfield ace over the weekend, as part of a swap deal for Patrik Schick, but it is their Milan counterparts who lead the way in Sky Bet's January transfer market.
Gennaro Gattuso's side are 6/1 to secure his signature with Bayern Munich and Juventus both at 10/1.
Ramsey's wife Colleen recently gave birth to twins and it has been suggested Ramsey's preference would be to remain in England - Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea are 10/1, 12/1 and 14/1 respectively to sign him.
Ramsey, who has scored one goal and assisted four in 16 appearances this season, has previously spoke of his intention to stay at Arsenal until the end of the season, but the Gunners' preference could well be to cash in.
He said last month: "I am contracted to Arsenal and I am going to do my best now this season to try and achieve something special.
"Everything has been going great with the club. We thought we were in a position where we had agreed a deal but that's no longer the case.
"So I just have to carry on playing my football and do my best for Arsenal this season, and I'll leave the rest with the club now."
Discussing the impasse between Ramsey and the club, Jamie Carragher recently suggested in his Daily Telegraph column: "It is clear the wage bill at the Emirates is too high.
"[It is] contributing to Aaron Ramsey being allowed to leave - and it feels like Unai Emery and his backroom team will be sweeping through the club over the next few years.”
