MK Dons beat Mansfield to overtake the Stags and steal their automatic promotion spot at the final hurdle. Jamille Matt scores late on for Newport as they made the play-offs.

At the other end, a draw was enough for Macclesfield to ensure their survival, while Notts County dropped out of the EFL altogether.

Make sure you join us next week when we cover the final day in the Premier League. Bye for now!

The game is there to be had for Exeter at the moment but they can't find the net. Despite seeing just 40% possession, they've had two shots on target and three off it. As it stands, they only need a goal and they will be in the play-offs.

It's a great chance for them, and they are 10/11 to secure victory here.

1441 GREAT ESCAPE

Cast your mind back to 1999, Carlisle are heading out of the Football League in injury time in the final match of the season. They win a corner, up comes the loan goalkeeper Jimmy Glass - he scores, Carlisle stay up and Glass will be remembered forever in football Folklore

Could we see drama like this again today?

1436 🕵 PREMIER LEAGUE TIPS

Looking ahead to the 3pm games and we have the following tips for you...

This could well be a game with goals with Southampton seeing their last five games involve 20 goals, while West Ham's last three at home have brought a total of 13 goals. That means there's value in goalscorers, particularly Michail Antonio, who has enjoyed a positive season.

The winger has had direct involvement in 12 goals across all competitions, including the only goal of the game in the Hammers' 1-0 win over London rivals Tottenham in their last game.

He leads the way for shots taken in this West Ham side which highlights his intent for goals.

The Republic of Ireland international has enjoyed a storming season playing in the right wing-back role for his side. He's demonstrated defensive security while also posing a real threat going forward.

That's why he has had direct involvement in 17 goals across all competitions. He also recently netted in their convincing 3-1 home win over Arsenal.

Doherty sits fourth for shots taken in this Wolves side with strikers Raul Jiminez and Diogo Jota alongside midfielder Ruben Neves only able to boast better.

We wouldn't be surprised to see Robert Snodgrass pick up a card given his style of play. The midfielder has a total of ten yellows on his tally this season and a price of 16/5 is great value considering his track record.

1430 EFL UP & DOWN'S

We look at what can happen and when across the Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two

So on the final day of the Sky Bet League Two regular season there is plenty to still play for.

At the top, MK Dons and Mansfield meet in the battle for the third and final automatic promotion place. A draw or win for Mansfield sees them up, meaning MK Dons have to win to get third.

At the bottom a Macclesfield win seals their survival and sends Notts County down into the non league for the first time in their history. County have to win and hope Macclesfield lose to stay up.

In term of the last play off spot, a win for Newport seals that for them. However a defeat means one of Exeter, Colchester, Carlisle or Stevenage can take seventh spot.

1427 📰 TEAM NEWS - Wolves v Fulham

Wolves have named an unchanged side from last week’s 2-1 win over Watford.

Meanwhile, Fulham have made one change as Cyrus Christie returns at right-back

1426 📰 TEAM NEWS - West Ham v Southampton

Manuel Lanzini returns for the hosts, although Declan Rice and Felipe Anderson both miss out through illness.

Fraser Forster lines up in goal for the Saints.

1423 ⌛️FULL TIME

Bournemouth 1-0 Tottenham

Bournemouth record their first ever Premier League win over Tottenham thanks to Ake's injury time header.

Spurs finished with 9 men, and it means they've failed to secure a top four place today.

It means Tottenham have now lost their last six league away games

1420 YELLOW CARDS

Thats really annoying. One minute left and Wanyama goes into the book for a needless challenge, and that messes up our no more bookings tip.

Then Spurs frustration gets worse and there's pushing and shoving on halfway and Alli and Lerma are booked too.

No need lads

1418 🌩 GOAL FLASH

Bournemouth 1-0 Tottenham

...And that corner leads to a goal, Aké is free six yards out and powers home with a header for the Dutchman's fourth of the season. Spurs have been so strong in that area all day and will be annoyed with themselves to concede in that way.

1417 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

4 minutes of injury time and the hosts have a corner

1415 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

Mousset free header on 89 minutes looks to actually hit Wilson on it's way through to goal. It is not meant to be for the hosts today.

1410 SUB

Spurs' last of the game with Davies on for Sissoko. Eight minutes left and a draw is on here at 2/5

1407 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

That should have been the opener. Mousset header, from Fraser's cross, from 6 yards out is right at Lloris

1406 TEAM NEWS

We will bring you the team news from the 3pm Premier League games shortly

1404 SUB

Bournemouth make their first of the game, with Ibe off and Mousset is on, whose first action of the game is to fire an ugly shot well over the bar.

1400 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

Ibe tries a curling effort from the left edge of the box. It's a good one but Lloris makes the save to tip out for a corner.

That then comes to nothing.

This is looking more and more like a draw as Bournemouth are struggling to find space to create anything meaningful. That's 4/6 now

1351 🔍 IN PLAY ADVICE

An interesting one here. The game sits on 80 booking points with 65 minutes played.

With Spurs down to 9 men, surely they won't be stupid to dive into any more tackles and risk more bookings and getting screamed at by their boss. Plus they are sitting deep and looking comfortable. For Bournemouth, if they get it right then they shouldn't have to make any silly challenges, however a Spurs counter could see a professional foul to stop the attack and take a yellow.

So under 82.5 booking points - so no more cards - is 11/4

1349 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

Spurs break and find space, despite having two less men. Alli fires from 8 yards out but his shot is blocked. It was a chance.

After that it goes back to defence v attack, but Spurs are organised and Bournemouth are moving the ball quick enough, or controlling it well enough to stretch Spurs.

1344 🔍 IN PLAY ADVICE

Fraser is finding space on the left now, racing into the area at the last moment as the ball comes in from the right. He's just had one shot on target and then dribbled in on goal moments later only to be tackled at the last second as he went to shoot.

He is 9/1 to score anytime and 10/1 to score next

However it must be said that Bournemouth are still lacking cutting edge in the final third and Spurs are defending well.

1343 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

Better from the hosts, who have been sloppy with their passes so far. They create space moving the ball from right to left and it means Fraser shots from 16 out on the left but straight at the Spurs number one.

1340 🔍 IN PLAY ADVICE

Interesting now, as Bournemouth are dominating as you'd expect. But they didn't create much in the first half, as Spurs flooded their own area when the hosts attacked. They've not lost any defenders, so you'd expect them to keep doing the same, even with 9 men. So will Bournemouth actually crack them?

They are 8/13 to score the first goal of the game, but no goal is 3/1, which we quite like

1337 📊 STAT TIME

Heung-Min Son has been sent off for the 1st time in his league career in Europe, which has spanned 265 games combined for Hamburg, Leverkusen & Tottenham. He’s also the first South Korean to be shown a red card in the Premier League.

1335 🔴 RED CARD

Foyth is off just 3 minutes after coming on as a sub and Spurs are down to 9 men!

Foyth is driving forward with the ball and it is a classic case of trying to save a heavy touch by stretching too far. His right foot goes into the knee of the Bournemouth player and he has to go.

Have these lads booked holidays next week and need the time off?!

1334 BACK UNDERWAY

And as Spurs take time to get used to being with 10 men and two new players in their system it means they've started slowly and Bournemouth are pushing them. Fraser missed an overhead kick six yards out

1332 DOUBLE SPURS SUB

Very wise subs from Mauricio Pochettino. With his side already down to 10 men, he's taken off the two players on a yellow card.

So Dier and Alderweireld are off and Wanyama and Foyth are on

1330 ⚽️ SPORTING LIFE ACCA

(video no longer available)

Over the last two months our Saturday ACCA has either come in or finished with three out of four successes. So let's hope on the final weekend of the Sky Bet EFL season we have another winner.

We are backing Blackpool, Doncaster, Peterborough and Shrewsbury all to win at 20/1 with Sky Bet

Blackpool (to beat Gillingham)

Blackpool's home record has been a positive in an overall good season for the Tangerines. They've only lost two of their last nine at home and will be wanting to finish the campaign on a high against a Gillingham side who sit comfortably in the bottom-half.

Doncaster (to beat Coventry)

A victory for Rovers will secure their spot in the play-offs and they will be aiming to do that at home against Coventry. Doncaster have the fifth-best home record in the division with three wins in their last four. They take on a Coventry side who were beaten by Portsmouth in their last game on the road.

Peterborough (to beat Burton)

Like Doncaster, a win for Peterborough could put them in the play-offs, although they would need Doncaster to slip-up. We're backing both to win on Saturday though and Posh take on a Burton side who have won just six of their 22 away games so far this season.

Shrewsbury (to beat Walsall)

Shrewsbury have little to play for, although victory would relegate their rivals Walsall. Salop's home form has taken a bit of a hit in recent weeks but they will be hopeful of victory against a team who have lost their last four away.

🚨  SKY BET PRICE BOOST

With Spurs down to 10 men, Sky Bet have Price Boosted:

  • Callum Wilson to score first to 6/1
  • Josh King to score in 90 minutes to 9/2

Follow the full market here

1318 ⏳ HALF TIME

Bournemouth 0-0 Tottenham

This has become a really enjoyable came in the final 20 minutes. Spurs were creating plenty of chances and only Travers' fine debut have kept them out. Bournemouth have looked sharp on their rare counter attacks without creating any clear cut chances.

However Dier, on a yellow, should have been sent off by now and also conceded a penalty.

Then we have Son's mad and stupid red card at the end of the half.

In all that madness, Josh King did have one shot on target, so is halfway there to complete our pre-match tip of two shots on target at 4/1.

1315 🔴 RED CARD

Spurs Son is shown a straight red

A moment of madness here and unexpected from Son. After getting a bit of rough, but fair treatment he concedes a free kick by fouling Fraser. Then Lerma comes in and brushes Son's leg and then shoves Lerma and is shown a straight red.

It came out of nowhere and was so unneeded

1314 DIER LUCKY AGAIN

King drives into the box down the left goal line and as he plays the ball across goal Dier dives in on the on rushing Bournemouth player. That could have been a pen and a sending off. One more like that and he will see red.

Also Sky Sports have just slowed down the earlier challenge on King on halfway and Dier didn't get the ball as we all originally thought - he should have gone

1310 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

Two chances, one each side

Long ball forward caused problems for Spurs and King races in on goal from his on flick on. Lloris is out quickly and all King can do is to flick the ball towards goal as it comes back down to earth, it hits Lloris feet - not that he knows much about it to deflect it away - and he smashes in to King.

It counts as a shot on target from King, which means he is one more away from our pre match tip coming in!

Then Spurs go down the other end and Eriksen finds space about 22 yards out and shoots but Travers gets down quickly to hold on.

1306 LUCKY DIER?

Dier was panicking for a moment. King breaks from the edge of his own box and Dier chases him but is losing ground all the time, he slides in from the back/side on halfway and King goes down! Dier is on a yellow and looks like he is off. However the ref, after a second's thought, doesn't even blow his whistle for a foul and Spurs then go on the attack.

The home fans are angry, but the replay shows Dier gets the ball. It's an excellent tackle and excellent officiating.

1304 BOURNEMOUTH QUICK, BUT SPURS QUICKER

Bournemouth are relaying on their pace to break on the counter attack for their chances and they've looked dangerous for the few times they've done it.

However credit to Spurs who are getting numbers back even quicker. It means they are flooding their own box and Bournemouth cannot find any space in the final third. That's why they've yet to have a shot on or off target.

1302 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

Another chance. A great cross from the left and Dele Alli heads towards goal with power 8 yards out, but Travers is there again with a flying save to his left.

1301 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

Now it's Son's turn to blast over. A fine counter attack releases Son on halfway, he gets into the area in a blink of an eye, and without anyone challenging him and then he fires over on the six yard box, with a last ditch diving tackle doing enough to put him off

Spurs should be leading

1300 📸 ACTION SHOT

Mark Travers makes a fine save in the Bournemouth goal during his Premier League debut
Mark Travers makes a fine save in the Bournemouth goal during his Premier League debut

1255 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

A chipped ball over the Bournemouth defence is brought down brilliantly by Moura and he's one on one, and it's Travers who wins the battle again, with a fine block with his legs at his near post. Moura will feel he should have scored though.

1252 BOOKING

King gets away down the left wing and as he plans to cut in, Alderweireld slides in to take him down. He knew he was beaten there and took the foul and the card for his team, as King was in otherwise

1250 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

20 minutes gone and it's got more lively in the last few minutes. We've had two shots on goal from the visitors and none from the hosts. It's Spurs dominating now and have created two chances in the last five minutes.

Spurs are 4/9 to score the opening goal

1249 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

Travers makes an excellent save. Simpson lets the ball pass him and it allows Moura to race in on goal. He maybe shoots early on the edge of the area but still fires in a fine shot into the top centre of the goal, but Travers is on his toes and tips over well

1246 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

Travers get to make his first ever Premier League save. Dele turns and shots low from the edge of the area. Travers should always save it and gets down quickly to his right to tip it away

1241 BOOKING

The first of the day as Eric Dier goes into the book for a misjudged sliding tackle on Fraser as he raced towards goal. It gives the hosts a free kick 25 yards out in the centre of the pitch.

Fraser puts the free kick tamely wide.

1237 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

Oh my word, what a effort and almost embarrassment for the new Bournemouth keeper.

Moura turns on halfway, sees Travers on the edge of his area and goes for the lob from long range.

Travers acted like he knew it was always going wide, but it was only a foot away from going in the top corner. If it was on target it was a goal with the keeper no way near it.

1236 Bournemouth 0-0 Spurs

The hosts have started the brightest, making two good breaks down the right, however both crosses aimed for King came to nothing with a Spurs player blocking both on their way through

1233 SPURS AWAY FORM

Spurs' away form is a strange one this season. Until the end of January, Tottenham had won more away games (11), more away points (33) and scored more away goals (30) than any other Premier League side.

Since then, they’re one of just two sides not to earn a single point on the road, losing five straight away matches.

See... strange!!

1230 🕒 KICK OFF

We are underway. A victory for Tottenham seals a top four finish yet again. While it is a special day for Bournemouth keeper Travers, as the 19-year-old Irishman makes his debut.

1228 🔍 SON TO CONTINUE CHERRIES FORM?

Just looking at the stats and Spurs' Son, who missed the midweek loss to Ajax in Europe, has scored five goals in his last four Premier League games against Bournemouth.

So if you fancy him to continue that fine form against the Cherries then he's 10/3 to score first and 6/5 to strike anytime.

1225 🕵 PREMIER LEAGUE TIP

Tom Carnduff has been previewing this game and he's tipping:

Joshua King 2+ Shots On Target at 4/1

King leads the way for shots taken in this Bournemouth side and has eleven goals to his name. He's also posted a total of nine shots in their last three games.

Considering his tally this season, it feels like he is due a goal given the fact that it is now five without one. He had a quiet game in their recent home encounter against Fulham so you imagine he'll be looking to put that right here.

Josh King celebrates
Will Josh King be celebrating another goal this afternoon?

1220 📊 STAT TIME

We love a stat at Sporting Life, so lets get some early ones in...

  • Bournemouth have lost six of their seven Premier League meetings with Spurs (D1), netting just two goals in those matches.
  • Tottenham average 3.1 goals-per-game in the Premier League against Bournemouth (22 goals in seven games), their best such record against any side in the competition.
  • Bournemouth are winless in five Premier League home games (D2 L3), losing the last two in a row. They last lost three consecutively at the Vitality Stadium in April 2016.
  • Bournemouth have never lost their last home Premier League game of the season, drawing one and winning twice. The last time they lost their final home game in a league campaign was in 2010-11 in League One (1-2 vs Rochdale).
  • Until the end of January, Tottenham had won more away games (11), more away points (33) and scored more away goals (30) than any other Premier League side this season. Since then, they’re one of just two sides not to earn a single point on the road along with Huddersfield (L5).

🚨 SKY BET PRICE BOOST

Sky Bet have Price Boosted the following for this early kick off:

  • Son and Callum Wilson to both score in 90 minutes to 11/2
  • Tottenham to win 2-1 to 8/1
  • Bournemouth to win 2-1 to 18/1

1215 📰 TEAM NEWS - Bournemouth v Tottenham

A raft of changes for the hosts, with four in total. I think that makes a raft anyway! 19-year-old Mark Travers makes his first senior appearance in goal - best of luck to him - while Jordon Ibe, Adam Smith and Ryan Fraser also start.

Tottenham, who have seemed very leggy of late, field a strong side as they look to secure a top four place. Son is back from the midweek loss to Ajax and Vertonghen, who has a head injury, is out
