Charlton have moved into the top six of Sky Bet League One following a 2-0 win at Walsall.

The Addicks got off to a flying start when Kyle Taylor converted a penalty just five minutes in after Tariqe Fosu had been brought down.

Lee Bowyer's side, 5/1 for promotion with Sky Bet, doubled their lead after 50 minutes through on loan Arsenal defender Krystian Bielik following a corner.

Elsewhere, Blackpool returned to winning ways with a narrow 1-0 victory at Gillingham.

Nathan Delfouneso headed the Seasiders in front four minutes into the second half, which proved enough for all three points.

In League Two, Tyler Walker continued his scoring run with a brace as Mansfield beat Grimsby 2-1 at home to move up to seventh.

The visitors took the lead after 36 minutes when Stags defender Malvind Benning turned the ball into his own net.

Mansfield, though, were back on level terms soon after the restart through a volley from in-form striker Tyler Walker.

With just nine minutes left, Walker headed in a cross from Matt Hamilton at the back post for his fifth goal in three games.

At the other end of the table, struggling Notts County battled to a 0-0 draw against Oldham at Meadow Lane.
