England will play the West Indies in three Tests in July, with two matches at Old Trafford and the opener at Southampton.
All three matches will be staged behind closed doors, with the venues specifically chosen because of their on-site hotels, making them bio-secure.
The series will begin on July 8, with the two Tests in Manchester starting on July 16 and July 24.
The Oval, Edgbaston and Lord's had been due to host a Test each, but the original series, scheduled to take place in June, was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic.
West Indies will arrive in the UK on June 9 and be based at Old Trafford for a quarantine period, where they will also be able to train.
England named 55 players, to cover all three formats, in an initial training squad last week.
"We are in daily dialogue with government and our medical team," said the England and Wales Cricket Board's director of events Steve Elworthy.
"These are our proposed dates and they remain subject to government approval."
A decision on England's series against Pakistan, Australia and Ireland will be made later in the summer.
