Serena Williams won her third straight WTA Tour title on Sunday with a 6-4 3-6 6-3 victory over Vera Zvonareva at the Family Circle Cup in Charleston.
Ranked ninth in the world, the fifth seed extended her winning streak to 15 matches. The former world number one was coming off back-to-back titles in Bangalore and Miami.
"I don't think I've reached my peak yet. I still think I can do more," said Williams, who was celebrating her first title on clay since 2002.
