Top seed Agnieszka Radwanska claimed her second career WTA Tour victory, beating Jill Craybas 6-2 1-6 7-6 (7/4) in the Pattaya Women's Open final.
The Pole raced into a 5-1 lead in the final set before surrendering five consecutive games to the American.
She saved a match point at 6-5 down before going on to win the final-set tie-break.
Radwanska said: "She came back and was fighting to the last point. I was nervous and everything was upsetting me.
"But I was also fighting until the last point. I was very relieved when I finally won it, and that's the most important thing."
