Virginie Razzano clinched her first-ever singles title on the WTA Tour after brushing aside unseeded Tzipora Obziler in the final of the International Women's Open.
The second-seeded Frenchwoman, who is ranked 39th in the world, was rarely troubled by her Israeli opponent as she raced to a 6-0 6-3 win in Guangzhou.
It was the second appearance in a final for Razzano this year, having also reached the championship match in Forest Hills in August where she was beaten by Gisela Dulko of Argentina.
