A battling performance from Kim Clijsters saw the Belgian claim victory over Daniela Hantuchova at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix.

The eighth-seeded Slovakian won the first set but Clijsters, ranked six in the competition, fought back to win the match 4-6 6-3 6-4.

Clijsters, Amelie Mauresmo's conqueror in the semi-final, claimed her second title of the year after winning in Hamburg in May.
