After proving last season's French Open final was no fluke, no player on the tour will relish playing the big-hitting Swede at SW19 this year.
Soderling's 2010 Roland Garros campaign saw him go all the way to day 15 where he was again a beaten finalist, losing rather easily to king of clay Rafael Nadal.
But the 25-year-old right-hander will head into the grasscourt major brimming with confidence having dispatched reigning Wimbledon champion Roger Federer in Paris, the man who beat him in the French final 12 months ago, as well as sending the Swede packing in the last 16 of SW19 in 2009.
Soderling, whose strengths are his booming unorthodox serve and his pulsating forehand, has a game well-suited to the lawns of the All England Club and he will be one of the dark horses for the tournament.
