Dominika Cibulkova's impressive run to the semi-finals of this year's French Open saw her rise to a career-high ranking of 14 and she now heads to Wimbledon searching for more of the spotlight.
Although her performances at Roland Garros came somewhat out of the blue considering she'd never previously progressed beyond the fourth round in any other Grand Slam event, few are expecting this to be a flash in the pan given the talents of this 20-year-old.
Cibulkova's 6-3 6-3 defeat against Dinara Safina in the semis was much closer than the scoreline suggested but her bitter disappointment afterwards proved she has the appetite to go even further in future tournaments.
The Slovakian, who crushed former Wimbledon champion Maria Sharapova 6-0 6-2 at the French Open, has yet to win a single match at SW19 in two previous attempts, so it's fair to say she has much to learn on grass.
