Will be fondly remembered by the Wimbledon crowd as the David who beat Marat Safin's Goliath back in 2002. At just 5ft 5ins, he is one of the smallest players on the tour, but has shown that isn't always a problem. Made the semis in Nottingham last year and arrives here having come closer than anyone in the last four years to beating Roger Federer on grass - he blew four match points before losing in Halle. Is enjoying a decent season and looks capable of a good run here.
