| Another of the older generation, Likhovtseva moved back up the rankings in 2004. Won her first tour title for seven years along the way (at Forest Hills) and this season she has just surprised everyone by reaching the semi-finals of the French Open. On that form, she could be a threat in SW19 where she reached the last eight three years ago. However, it's difficult to recommend her as a true title threat given the quality of the opposition. |
