| Jankovic is another product of the famous Nick Bolletieri academy. And quite a product she is turning out to be. She was one of the big success stories on the 2004 tour improving her ranking considerably to finish inside the top 30. With a fearsome backhand, it seems only a matter of time before Jankovic makes an impact at one of the Slams - she has yet to reach the last 32 of any of them. Beat top-10 player Nadia Petrova on grass in Holland last year and recently reached the Edgbaston final. Now needs to prove she can produce such results on a consistent basis. |
