The Polish 19-year-old has soared up the rankings this year following her recent breakthrough in the women's game and she'll now be hoping to convert her form to the Grand Slam arena. And her confidence has no doubt grown ahead of the US Open in the wake of her run the quarter-finals of Wimbledon, where she was eventually knocked out by runner-up Serena Williams. The right-hander from Krakow has clinched three tournaments this year in Pattaya City, Istanbul and Eastbourne so she's certainly one to watch at Flushing Meadows.
