USA to face France in play-offs
USA will have to beat France in April if they are to stay in the Fed Cup's top flight for 2015.

The Americans were paired with the French when the play-off draw was made in London on Tuesday morning. The US will be at home and have choice of surface.
Missing world number one Serena Williams, the USA lost to holders Italy at the weekend, a result which forced them into the play-offs, the winners of which will stay in World Group I. The losers will drop into World Group II.
France, meanwhile, beat Switzerland to reach the play-off stage and will be looking to return to the top flight under Amelie Mauresmo's captaincy.
Spain's top-flight place is also under threat after they lost to the Czech Republic in a tie which ended on Monday. They will host Agnieszka Radwanska's Poland, who know a win will take them into World Group I for the first time since 1994.
The other World Group I play-offs see Russia entertain Argentina and Canada host Slovakia.
The draw for the World Group II play-offs was also made on Tuesday and the pick of the ties looks to be Romania v Serbia.
Romania ended Great Britain's hopes of reaching the play-off stage by beating them in Budapest last week.
The loser of that April clash will return to compete against GB in Europe/Africa Zone I - the third tier of the competition - in 2015.
All the play-offs will take place on April 19-20.
