Her agent Max Eisenbud has confirmed to sportinglife.com that Robson will work again with Florida-based Saviano, who helped guide her career in its junior days.
The Daily Mail had earlier reported that Saviano will work with Robson in a consultancy role. Witten, a former ATP player, will be present at tournaments and act as a hitting partner to the current world number 45.
Saviano is also working with another rising star of the WTA circuit, Eugenie Bouchard, who is a close friend of Robson.
The 19-year-old has already worked with numerous coaches during her professional career, most recently Andy Murray's former coach Miles Maclagan. The duo linked up prior to Wimbledon but recently went their separate ways. Maclagan is now the coach of former US Open champion Sam Stosur.
Robson will open her 2014 season by competing in the ASB Classic in Auckland, in a field led by world number 14 Roberta Vinci.
