Robson joins compatriot Heather Watson in the field and will use the grasscourt tournament to prepare for Wimbledon.
The 19-year-old said: "I always enjoy the grasscourt season and I am excited to return to the Aegon Classic in Birmingham and to play in front of a home crowd. It's fantastic preparation ahead of Wimbledon."
Robson played the tournament in both 2010 and 2012, reaching the second round on each occasion.
She made the third round of the Australian Open at the start of this season but has since struggled and has not won back-to-back matches since her Melbourne run.
The WTA event takes place at the Edgbaston Priory Club from June 9-16.
