The 18-year-old will now be looking make the fourth round at a second successive major following her US Open run, but is 6/4 to overcome fellow teenager Sloane Stephens on Saturday.
Robson's Australian Open outright price was slashed from 100/1 to joint eighth favourite at 66/1 following her win over former Wimbledon champion Kvitova while compatriot Heather Watson is rated at 300/1 ahead of her clash with Agnieszka Radwanska, which she is 9/1 to prevail in.
Sky Bet trader Ned Brooker said: "It was hardly a surprise that Robson beat Kvitova given her giant-killing at Flushing Meadows and the Czech's inconsistent form, so we actually only had her as a slight outsider.
"She's actually a longer price to overcome Stephens, who triumphed in straight-sets in their recent meeting in Hobart, but she would be favourite in the next round with either veteran Kimiko Date Krumm or Bojana Jovanovski waiting.
"However, Serena Williams lurks ominously in the final eight, which would surely be a step too far for the teenager."
Jo Durie was GB's last Grand Slam female quarter-finalist, reaching the last eight of Wimbledon in 1984.
