VERDICT
2007 was the year the Williams sisters bounced back and while Serena chose Melbourne to show the world what she was all about, Venus was only slightly less spectacular as she captured a fourth Wimbledon title. One of the top servers in the game, Venus' powerful groundstrokes and tremendous reach make her almost the complete package. However, clay has always been her weakest surface. Only recently returned to action in Rome but looked in decent nick. Never one to write off, but will surely have a better chance on the faster grass of Wimbledon than she does here.
