Dominik Hrbaty overcame a first set deficit against Spaniard Francisco Clavet to capture his first ATP win in nearly two years with victory in the Heineken Open.
Clay-court specialist Clavet, who, despite reaching the last two of 13 tournaments, was playing in his first hard court final, snatched the opening set but was broken early in the second by Hrbaty.
The second seeded Slovakian then played a faultless game and fought back to collect his third ATP Tour crown with a 4-6 6-2 6-3 win.
The 23-year-old was delighted to finally claim a title after losing all three finals he contested last year.
"I didn't make many mistakes after the first set," Hrbaty said after the triumph.
"In the beginning of the match it was difficult for me, since he's a lefty and he put a lot of spin on the ball. Then I started to play a little bit more on his backhand.
"Playing in finals gives you more experience,"
