Dmitry Tursunov claimed his second singles title of the year on Sunday by beating Benjamin Becker in the final of the Thailand Open.
The sixth-seeded Russian cruised past the unseeded German, winning 6-2 6-1 in under an hour.
He managed just five aces to Becker's seven but was never broken, despite facing three break points.
It was Becker's first Tour final, an achievement he accomplished thanks to Saturday's semi-final win over Tomas Berdych.
Berdych was the highest seed at the event after top two, Novak Djokovic and Andy Roddick, pulled out.
