Xavier Malisse picked up his second ATP title of the season with victory over James Blake in the delayed final of the Delray Beach International Championships.
The third seed from Belgium rallied for a 5-7 6-4 6-4 win against the top-seeded Blake, who had not dropped a set in his first four matches.
It was the second title this season and the third of his career for Malisse, who also won the hardcourt event in 2005.
The 26-year-old had also opened this year with victory in the Chennai Open.
The final had originally been scheduled for Sunday, when Blake won the first set and rallied to forge a 3-3 tie in the second before a heavy downpour forced the rest of the clash to be postponed until Monday morning.
Malisse, who posted a systematic 6-2 6-2 victory over eighth-seeded American Vincent Spadea in the semi-finals, registered his 200th career victory on Monday and increased his tournament-record wins total to 24.
Blake had also recorded his 200th career victory earlier this week, but failed in his bid to become the first top seed in the tournament's 15-year history to win the title.
Blake's only previous loss this year was to eventual finalist Fernando Gonzalez in the fourth round of the Australian Open.
