Catalans Dragons have been handed a major disciplinary worry ahead of Saturday's engage Super League play-off semi-final against Wigan.
Loose forward Gregory Mounis, who has missed only one match all season, has been charged with allegedly striking an opponent on the ground with his elbow during the Dragons' 46-8 win over Warrington in their opening play-off tie.
Mounis was cited by the Rugby Football League's match review panel and will face a disciplinary hearing on Tuesday on a grade C charge, which carries a ban of up to four matches.
Bradford's Fijian winger Semi Tadulala could be forced to miss the World Cup if he is banned at Tuesday's disciplinary meeting.
The former Melbourne and Wakefield player was put on report for an alleged reckless high tackle on Wigan three-quarter Cameron Phelps during the Bulls' 30-14 play-off defeat last Friday.
Any suspension would count towards the World Cup, in which Fiji play group matches against France and Scotland.
Tadulala has been named in Fiji's initial 40-man World Cup squad.
