Crucible best: Finalist 2011
Judd Trump was hailed as snooker's 'next big thing' when he reached the final of the World Championships back in 2011.
It was no disgrace for a rookie to lose 18-15 to seasoned campaigner John Higgins, but it was his attacking style of play that really caught the eye which he later described as 'naughty'.
But the Bristol potter has failed to kick on in the way many thought he would and his attitude and preparation has been brought into question.
This season he reached the final of the German Masters, losing 9-5 to Ding Junhui, and the semi-finals of the Players Tour Championship. But apart from that it has been a series of early exits which has contributed to him slipping down to eight in the current rankings from number three.
Trump has an incredible, eye-catching game when he is on song but for some reason he just can't seem to find his best form.
If he can find a way to rediscover his 'A' game then there is no doubt he can be a serious challenger in Sheffield.
