80 min: Carter hacks downfield and the ball is returned by Tuipulotu. Tonga recycle the ball, but Kivalu is forced out of play. That's the final act of the game.

79 min: Free-kick to Tonga as New Zealnad transgress at the scrum. The ball is lost forward, though, so it's New Zealand's put-in at the scrum.

78 min: Tonga are still coming forward despite the scoreline, and they get the put-in at a scrum just inside the New Zealand 22.

77 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. This is a superb display of kicking from MacDonald as he adds another.

76 min: TRY - HOWLETT. Tonga cough the ball up cheaply from the restart and New Zealand work it wide. Howlett is at the end of the line and powers over for the try.

75 min: Muliaina is replaced by Ma'a Nonu while Ben Atiga is on for Marshall.

75 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. MacDonald is still to blot his copy-book. Another fine kick in tricky conditions.

74 min: TRY - HOWLETT. Phase after phase of New Zealand attacks now as they come in numbers. This time Muliaina spots the gap over the top. He kicks ahead and again is racing with Howlett to get to the ball. This time Howlett is there first and he crawls over the line.

73 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. MacDonald converts.

72 min: TRY - MULIAINA. With Tonga down to 14 men, MacDonald spots a gaping hole at full-back. He kicks ahead and it's a race between Muliaina and Howlett as to who will score. Muliaina is the first man there and he gathers the ball before touching down.

71 min: Scrappy line-out ball for Tonga, but Flynn has knocked forward, so they get the put-in at the scrum.

70 min: Penalty to Tonga as New Zealand stray offside in midfield. Hola smacks the ball into touch down the right.

69 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. MacDonald maintains his 100% record.

68 min: TRY - MacDONALD. McCaw picks up and goes from the back of the scrum before New Zealand spin it wide. Carter bursts for the line before flicking a lovely inside pass to MacDonald, who there's no stopping from two metres out.

67 min: New Zealand work the line-out quickly but spill it forward. Tonga have too many in the line-out yet again, though, so it's a scrum to the All Blacks five metres out.

66 min: Spencer finds touch down the right deep in the Tonga 22.

65 min: Penalty to New Zealand as Va'enuku is pulled up for coming in from the wrong side at the ruck. The referee has lost his patience with the Tongans and sends the full-back to the sin-bin.

64 min: Tonga set up a rolling maul inside the New Zealand half but it's turned over all too easily by Marshall.

63 min: New Zealand get quick line-out ball but a slight juggle in midfield from MacDonald slows the speed of their attack. It's spun back out to the right but So'oialo spills it foward.

62 min: Tonga hold firm in the scrum and Hola chips downfield. He's hurried into it, though, and fails to find touch. New Zealand come straight and hard before spinning it out wide. McCaw of all people is on the end of the line and he makes good yardage. The Kiwis work it back to the left and Spencer opts for a cheeky chip ahead. It's gathered by Tuipulotu, though, and Tonga clear their lines.

61 min: Richie McCaw and Dave Hewett are on for Somerville and Thorne in the All Blacks pack.

61 min: The video referee has adjudged there has been a knock-on from Carter as he attempted to ground the ball so it's Tonga's scrum five metres out from their own line.

60 min: Martens bursts off the back of the scrum and pushes Tonga into the New Zealand half. The ball's turned over by the All Blacks, though, and Spencer kicks ahead. Carter is always winning the race for the ball and looks to slide over on the wet turf. He's certainly got within inches, but the referee has to go to the screen to check.

59 min: Tonga win the ball at the line-out and recycle it well through their forwards. They make it up to halfway and are awarded a scrum as their attack falters.

58 min: New Zealand stray offside in the form of Meeuws and Tonga get the chance to clear their lines, which Hola does well.

58 min: Somerville goes over under the posts after a couple of fly-kicks ahead from Carter. There's been a knock-on in the process, though, so it's Tonga's scrum five metres out.

57 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. Routine stuff from in front of the posts.

56 min: TRY - MULIAINA. Almost out of nothing, Muliaina steps off his left and beats the first tackle. From thereon in, Tonga are always struggling and another step inside takes Muliaina past the full-back and in under the posts.

55 min: Hola's try seems to have lifted Tonga. They gather the restart and look to work a nice move between Martens and Hola. Lea'aetoa comes forward to join in but knocks on in the tackle.

55 min: New Zealand bring Marty Holah on for Braid.

54 min: CONVERSION - TUIPULOTU. Replacement Tuipulotu converts.

53 min: TRY - HOLA. New Zealand win the scrum but Marshall's pass outside is intercepted by Hola. He manages to juggle the ball and powers over unchallenged for a try.

52 min: Tonga win the scrum cleanly but it's knocked on inside the New Zealand 22 presenting the All Blacks with the chance to clear.

52 min: Tonga come up with the ball after Flynn spills the restart. Viliami Vaki bursts forward but he's pulled down and Tonga have to settle for a scrum after Flynn's know on.

51 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. MacDonald converts from in front.

50 min: TRY - PENALTY. New Zealand get the shove on with So'oialo with the ball at his feet. There's a clear penalty, though, with Martens offside and the referee awards the penalty try.

49 min: New Zealand get quick ball from the scrum and move it to within a couple of metres of the line. So'oialo knocks on, though, but it's pulled back for an offside in front of the posts. New Zealand opt for the scrum.

48 min: Sloppy line-out ball from New Zealand, but Tonga have too many men in the line-out so it's a scrum to New Zealand about 15m from the Tongan tryline.

47 min: Tonga bring on Milton Ngauamo for Usaia Latu.

46 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. MacDonald's exemplary kicking continues as he adds the extras yet again.

45 min: TRY - MEEUWS. New Zealand's maul comes down after the scrum and they work the blind side. There's nothing doing so it comes back inside. Marshall snipes towards the line but is held up. The rolling maul comes yet again and they go over the line. The referee goes to the video referee, who awards Kees Meeuws the try.

45 min: New Zealand get the catch and drive going around the back of the line. Flynn appears to have touched down, but the referee deems he has been held up over the tryline. It's a 5m scrum for the All Blacks.

44 min: Spencer clips a lovely kick through after New Zealand win the scrum. Carter kicks it ahead again towards MacDonald. He can't quite gather, but does enough to flick it wide to Howlett. In the subsequent ruck, Afeaki transgresses and is given a final warning from the referee. Spencer finds touch. Expect the catch and drive.

43 min: Tonga knock on in their haste to gather the restart. Scrum down to New Zealand.

42 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. A routine conversion for MacDonald.

41 min: TRY- RALPH. Hola hoists a 'bomb' after Tonga claim the ball well from Spencer's restart. It's a poor decision, though, as it goes just 10 metres forward. Marshall gathers and flicks the ball outside to Ralph. He dummies outside before cutting back in under the posts unchallenged.

41 min: Tonga have made a couple of changes at the break, with Gus Leger and Sateki Tuipulotu coming on.

HT: New Zealand 35 Tonga 0.

40 min: Spencer opts for the 'bomb' but Va'enuku is alert to it and manages to touch down, bringing the half to an end.

40 min: Hola fails to find touch so play continues. New Zealand have a huge overlap on the left but Ralph spills it with men outside. Tonga spurn the opportunity to end a torrid half with an easy kick into touch and bring it forward. Eventually Martens kicks downfield, but he fails to find touch. Howlett brings it forward into the Tonga 22 before finding MacDonald. It's flicked back inside and Tonga are penalised for holding on in the tackle.

40 min: New Zealand win the line-out ball - through that man Williams again - but there's holding on in the tackle so Tonga get the chance to clear with what will probably be the last kick of the half.

39 min: Tonga hold firm at the scrum and Hola finds a good touch down the left.

38 min: Williams continues his domination of the line-out as he gathers an awkward ball towards the back. New Zealand again spin it wide to the backs with Muliaina doing superbly to gather a tricky pass. He fails to recycle it, though, and presents Tonga with the put-in by knocking on.

37 min: Tonga win good quick ball from the scrum before going off the side in a set move. Martens comes arond on the overlap but is forced out of play.

36 min: Williams wins good line-out ball and New Zealand look to their awesome backline. Howlett gathers a pass just outside the Tonga 22 and looks to burst forward but just spills it forward in the tackle.

35 min: New Zealand win the line-out ball and work space for Spencer to find a good touch inside the Tonga half.

34 min: Spencer hoists a kick downfield after Flynn does well to gather the restart cleanly. Va'enuku does well to find touch down the left despite Spencer's efforts to keep it in play.

33 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. MacDonald adds the extras.

32 min: TRY - SPENCER. New Zealand get quick ball from the scrum and go on the blind side. Ralph kicks ahead and races for the line against Va'enuku. Both go for the ball and it spills out to Spencer. He touches down and appeals for a try with neither Va'enuku or Ralph appearing to touch down. After going upstairs to the video official, the referee confirms the try.

31 min: Tonga win the line-out and get the drive on. It's the first real bit of ball in hand they've had since kick-off. To their credit they manage to recycle it through six or seven phases but New Zealand's defence stands firm on their own 10m line. Eventually, Tonga cough it up and it's New Zealand's put-in at the scrum.

30 min: New Zealand win the line-out ball and look to lay a base just outside the Tonga 22. There's a transgression at the ruck from the All Blacks, though, so it's Tonga's penalty and Hola hoists it into the New Zealand half.

29 min: Williams spills the line-out backwards, but his fellow forwards are quickly on the scene to tidy up. Spencer kicks downfield to Va'enuku, who in turn goes for touch. It's out on the full, though, so it's New Zealand's throw at the line-out on the Tonga 10 metre line.

28 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. MacDonald adds the extras.

27 min: TRY - RALPH. New Zealand win the line-out ball and their forwards work it through a couple of phases in midfield. Greg Somerville goes off the side of the maul to within inches of the line. It's recycled well and Ralph throws a dummy before crashing over.

26 min: Kisi Pulu is out of the action, with Tonga Lea'aetoa coming on.

25 min: New Zealand work it wide and again Ralph is there in the line. He is brought down 10 metres out and Tonga transgress at the ruck. Spencer finds touch five metres from the line.

24 min: Braid cleans up the line-out ball at the back for New Zealand and Caleb Ralph bursts from deep. Sukanaivalu Hufanga just manages to pull him down but as Tonga gather the ball and go on the counter-attack, there's a foot in touch.

23 min: Lavaka is again penalised as his bindings falter at the scrum. Spencer finds touch inside the Tonga half.

22 min: Tonga do superbly to come up with the ball from the restart. Hola chips and goes, but Thorne is alert enough to flick the ball backwards. The referee has adjudged that Hola also had a hand in - therefore knocking forward - so it's New Zealand's put-in.

21 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. MacDonald is back on kicking duties - and he curls over the conversion from out wide.

20 min: TRY - FLYNN. Ali Williams wins the line-out ball and New Zealand work it out towards the right before coming back on the overlap on the left. Having taken the line-out Flynn is the man on the end of the line and he bursts through two tackles to mark his first start with a try.

19 min: Thorne again nicks the ball against the throw. Viliami Ma'asi looks to gather, though, but just knocks on. New Zealand attack, but three or four huge tackles come in from the Tongans. They are eventually penalised and Spencer finds touch down the left. Referee Deluca gives Kivalu a talking-to about the high tackles, warning him to keep them down.

18 min: New Zealand win the ball from the line-out and again work it through their backline. Muliaina is up in the line but a fine tackle from Fonua, who has come off his wing, forces the full-back to pass behind his wing. Line-out to Tonga.

17 min: Sililo Martens fails to gather a 'bomb' from Spencer, but manages to knock it backwards to keep possession for Tonga. It's worked to Va'enuku and he powers a kick into touch down the left.

16 min: CONVERSION - SPENCER. Spencer opts to take the conversion - and plants it between the posts.

16 min: TRY - CARTER. Tonga opt for a short line but Reuben Thorne nicks it against the throw. New Zealand work it out wide where Howlett is caught in something of a corner. He chips into the centre of the field, though, and Carter takes it well. He breaks a couple of tackles and just manages to stumble over the line.

15 min: Spencer kicks ahead, forcing Sione Fonua to track back and flick it to Va'enuku. He takes it forward into a tackle and draws a mistake from the All Blacks as Thorn fails to roll away from the tackle. Hola finds a good tounch on halfway.

14 min: Kivalu picks up and goes from the base of the scrum before it's flicked back to Hola. He hacks downfield, finding touch on halfway. There's no respite for the Tongans, though, as the All Blacks take it quickly.

14 min: New Zealand squander a decent attacking opportunity as Flynn fails to get the ball into the line-out straight.

13 min: Tonga again get quick ball at the scrum, but there's an obstruction as they try to get some ball in hand. Spencer finds touch down the left.

12 min: Quick ball for Tonga from the scrum as they try to negate the effect of the New Zealand front pack. Poor decision making, though, as they kick ahead and fail to find touch. Mils Muliaina brings it forward and takes a tackle. But as he flicks it wide to So'oialo, the No 8 knocks on yet again.

11 min: Rodney So'oialo wins the line-out and Thorn bursts around the back of the set-piece towards the posts. Tonga hold firm in front, though, and So'oialo just spills the ball forward as he tries to pick it from the back of the ruck.

10 min: Spencer pumps the ball into touch deep into the Tonga 22.

10 min: New Zealand get a superb shove on from the scrum and Heamani Lavaka is penalised for going up.

9 min: Tonga are penalised for a stray hand in the ruck immediately after the restart. Justin Marshall taps and goes but Flynn spills the ball forward so Tonga will have put-in at the scrum on halfway.

8 min: CONVERSION - MacDONALD. Braid's first try for his country - in only his third Test - is superbly converted by MacDonald.

7 min: TRY - BRAID. Brad Thorn wins the ball from the line-out and New Zealand get the rolling maul going. After Tonga hold their primary drive up, they go left first then spin around on the right. As they crash over, Daniel Braid is the man with the ball in his hands.

6 min: Spencer makes no mistake with his kick for touch this time. It's New Zealand's line-out five metres out.

5 min: Tonga's scrum holds firm and this time Ipolito Fenukitau goes off the side of the scrum. Poor ball retention from Tonga, though, and the All Blacks turn it over. Spencer kicks ahead, but the referee has pulled it back as Tonga have transgressed at the ruck.

4 min: Spencer goes for too much yardage, kicking the ball into touch in goal. Scrum down, Tonga's put in.

3 min: New Zealand get the shove on from the scrum but Benhur Kivalu just manages to pick up in time to keep the ball for his side. It's worked out through the backs but Stanley Afeaki, who is in the side in place of brother Inoke, dives off his feet at the ruck. New Zealand turn down the chance to kick at goal with Spencer going for touch.

3 min: Corey Flynn finds his man and New Zealand look to work it wide. Doug Howlett is at the end of the line, but he spills it forward and it's Tonga's put-in at the scrum.

2 min: Spencer drops from the 22 straight downfield. Pierre Hola picks it up and finds touch down the right for the first line-out of the game.

1 min: Good early possession from New Zealand but Carlos Spencer's kick over the top is a poor one. Sila Va'enuku picks it up and immediately has a drop at goal, but it's a poor effort.

0 min: After both the Haka, and Tonga's version of the All Blacks' war dance, Tonga get the game under way after Pablo Deluca's first whistle.

Pre-match: New Zealand continue to make changes to keep their squad fresh. Leon MacDonald fills the void left by the injured Tana Umaga at outside centre, alongside Daniel Carter, with MacDonald also likely to take over the goal-kicking duties.
