Troncon has been an inspiration at scrum-half for the Italian side for many years now and again has a crucial role to play Down Under.
An experienced half-back, when the Italian pack gets on the front foot - which it can with so much firepower at its disposal - he can direct the side around the field with great aplomb.
He also acts as captain - never an easy job in a squad which can seem volatile and disjointed at times - but this fierce competitor deserves a stage such as this on which to perform.
