Position: Prop
Club: NSW Waratahs

One of the most recognisable figures in Australian rugby, Dunning has already packed a lot into his short career with the NSW Waratahs.

Whether it is the unusual site of a prop taking an intercept and running 50 metres before being caught, punching opponents a foot taller than himself, kicking field goals or getting into trouble with his team-mates off the field, Dunning is never far from the news.

His status as a cult hero, after taking those intercepts and standing up to bigger opponents, was lost slightly when he potted a field goal when the Waratahs desperately needed a try, and headlines of 'Dumb and Dunning 2' were used the following week when it was claimed he had punched team-mate Des Tuiavii a few days later on a night out.

However these incidents take away from the fact Dunning is a capable front-rower, and he adds power as well as surprising mobility for a prop.

Born in Calgary, Canada, he has also represented NSW as a junior cricketer.
