NICKY LITTLE

Born: 13.09.76
Position: Fly-half
Club: Saracens

Fiji's most capped player and record points-scorer, Little has represented his country 52 times and scored 597 points.

The 27-year-old has played for Pontypridd, Dax in France, Sale Sharks, New Zealand clubs North Harbour and the Waikato Chiefs, and now Saracens.

A superb goal-kicker, Little was brought up in New Zealand to Fijian parents, and with a solid defensive game and his ability with ball in hand he is a real handful in the fly-half position.

A nephew of All Black legend Walter Little, his club captain at Saracens is Fiji team-mate Simon Raiwalui.

Faces a battle with Waisale Serevi for the fly-half role, but is likely to start in the number 10 jersey when the World Cup gets under way.
