Canada's leading try-scorer of all time, Stanley has 24 tries in 63 appearances for his country.
Stanley, who is set to play in his third World Cup finals, made his debut in 1994 against the United States.
Currently with the Leeds Tykes, Stanley has also played for Blackheath and the Leicester Tigers, where he was part of the squad that won the European Cup and English Premier League double in 2001.
A flying winger or full-back, he has made his recent appearances for Canada on the wing, and adds vital experience to the side.
