Capo is Uruguay's most talented forward, playing with skill not normally associated with a 22-year-old lock.

Making his Test debut in 2001, Capo is an excellent runner with the ball, and standing 6ft 5in he provides a good line-out target.

Has played in the number eight position in recent internationals, and signed for French club Castres earlier this year.

Was a try-scorer as Uruguay downed Canada in a World Cup qualifier last year.
