How to get there:
By road from the east, leave M4 motorway at Junction 29 and head into Cardiff along A4161. Drive for about five miles, under a railway bridge, and follow signs to City Centre after taking the fourth exit. Head south along A470 (North Road) towards Cardiff city centre. Follow road around Cardiff Castle to a set of traffic lights (main castle entrance on your right). Turn left (High Street), turn right (Quay Street) into Westgate Street. Stadium is in front of you and parking is just off Wood Street at south side of ground. From the west, exit M4 at Junction 32 and follow signs to city centre. Near castle, turn right into Westgate Street. Stadium is on your left. By train, station is five minutes walk from stadium across bus station. You can see the ground from the train. By air, nearest airport is Cardiff-Wales Airport 12 miles away.

Has been nominated as a venue to hold football's FA Cup final in 2001 while Wembley is being demolished and re-built.
