Kay - tough forward. (Allsport)
BEN KAY
Kay was a former captain of the England A side before making his full international debut on the 2001 tour of USA and Canada.
He missed out in the re-arranged Six Nations decider against Ireland in October 2001, but did play in the Autumn Internationals.
His impressive form ensured Kay was in the starting line-up for all the Six Nations games in 2002, and he marked his debut in the competition with a try against Ireland.
One of the most improved players in the game, Kay has forced his way into the side amid fierce competition and his form will ensure he will keep his shirt for many seasons to come.
